PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF WATER CADASTRE DATA AND ISSUES OF THEIR IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article examines the issue of classification and significance of legal principles used at the stagesof the processes of formation, processing, storage and use of state water cadastre data. Theseprinciples reflect objective patterns, trends and needs of society in the formation and use of the watercadastre, determine the essence of the entire system, industry or legal institution, and also determinetheir generally binding significance due to their legal consolidation. Although each principle wasformed as a result of current legislative norms, the issue of their further improvement is relevant. Theauthor substantiates the need to supplement these principles with additional principles based on newtrends in the current legislation.
