ISSUES OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR ILLEGAL EXIT ABROAD OR ENTRY INTO THE STATE IN THE CRIMINAL LAWS OF CERTAIN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

In this scientific article, the issue of territory in the implementation of criminal responsibility forcrimes related to crossing the state border, the issues of responsibility for this act defined in thecriminal laws of some foreign countries, and the experience of foreign countries in relation to theanalyzed topic, the relations in this field are studied more deeply. Understanding, comparativeanalysis of the established norms, existing gaps and shortcomings in the current legal documents wereidentified, specific proposals and recommendations were developed to eliminate them.
