METHODOLOGICAL AND THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF LEGAL ANALYSIS OF CORRUPTION CRIMES

Аннотация
This article explores the methodological and theoretical approaches to the legal analysis of corruptioncrimes. It reveals the legal nature of corruption, its level of social danger, and its role within thecriminal law system. The importance of modern scientific methods in combating corruption is alsoemphasized. Practical proposals based on the views of domestic and international scholars aim tohighlight new aspects of the theoretical foundations of corruption.
