SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE OBJECTIVE SIDE OF THE CRIME OF TORTURE

This article analyzes issues related to scientific approaches to the objective side of torture. The article also notes that torture, along with crimes against health, is classified as a serious crime, and although measures to prevent this crime have been developed, a significant reduction in this crime has not yet been achieved. The article examines the opinions of various scholars regarding the fact that torture is committed only through active action, and that the crime is expressed in constant beatings or other acts of torture.
