LEGAL FOUNDATIONS AND PRACTICAL ISSUES OF THE EMPLOYEE ATTESTATION SYSTEM

Abstract
This article analyzes the legal foundations of the employee attestation system, its developmental stages, and pressing practical issues. It highlights the role of attestation in assessing employees’ professional qualifications, the effectiveness of normative legal documents, and shortcomings in their implementation. The author also identifies shortcomings arising during the attestation process and offers proposals and recommendations for improving legislation to address the underlying causes of these issues. The article is useful for researchers, legal professionals, and HR specialists.
