  This article discusses the issues of establishing a stable social environment and activity in mahallas and families, the fight against alien ideas based on the solution of the spiritual, moral and psychological social environment of the younger generation, as well as involving humanity in the struggle for peace, in order to focus on the interests of society, the people, to determine the cultural and spiritual qualities of each citizen from the point of view of the social environment and to achieve awareness of their rights, to strengthen the will to build a strong, just society.
