Abstract

This article compares the experiences of Germany and China in stimulating green energy. Germany has achieved significant success through long-term policies, innovation, and public-private partnerships. China leads in green energy through large-scale and dynamic planning, substantial government investments, and centralized coordination. The article analyzes the approaches and outcomes of both countries and provides recommendations for other nations.
