SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF ACTIVITIES OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE BASED ON INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

This article analyzes the scientific and theoretical principles of organizing the activities of prosecutorial bodies based on international standards. In particular, it examines the status, independence, and responsibility of prosecutors based on the UN Guidelines, Council of Europe documents, the Professional Responsibility Standards of the International Association of Prosecutors, and other international legal instruments. The article also explores the relationship between prosecutorial bodies and the judiciary, executive power, and society, as well as their procedural functions and role in protecting human rights. Additionally, the article presents factors influencing the independence of prosecutors and offers recommendations and proposals for ensuring their activities align with international standards.
