CHARACTERISTICS OF YOUTH CRIME

Abstract
In this article, the author examines the causes and conditions of criminal acts committed by young people, provided for by the current criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from socio-political and legal positions. In particular, the main criminological determinants of this category of criminals, as well as the factors influencing them, are revealed in national criminal legislation. Based on the results of the study, the author presents theoretical conclusions and conclusions about crimes committed among young people, antisocial behavior among young people, the number of marital divorces between spouses, and so on.
