COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE ISSUE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMMITTING SEVERAL CRIMES IN FOREIGN STATES

The adoption of the Concept for Improving Criminal and Criminal Procedure Legislation in the Sphere of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the basis for further liberalization of criminal legislation. The Concept for the Improvement of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Legislation provides for improvement by clarifying the institution, criteria, and features of committing multiple crimes, that is, committing repeated offenses, a combination of crimes, and recidivism, as well as eliminating existing contradictions between them. Based on the Concept, we aim to improve criminal legislation by studying several institutions for committing crimes. In most criminal cases considered by examining the activities of courts in sentencing, the same person has repeatedly or differently committed a crime at different times or a repeated crime. The legal culture of law enforcement officers is crucial for the proper qualification of such crimes and the imposition of punishment. Due to the introduction of the chapter "Commission of Multiple Crimes" into the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of new problems arise, which makes it difficult to reveal and understand the content of sentencing without revealing the content of committing multiple crimes. The search for answers to this category of questions leads to an increase in scientific views and interests, and motivates further research in this area.
