IMPROVING LEGAL MECHANISMS FOR REGULATING INSURANCE ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE INSURANCE MARKET

Аннотация
This article is devoted to the issues of improving legal mechanisms for regulating insurance activities in the context of digitalization of the insurance market in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the theoretical and legal foundations of insurance activities, the introduction of digital technologies in the insurance sector, the procedure for providing electronic insurance services, as well as issues of protecting consumer rights in the provision of digital insurance services. The author identified legal problems arising in the process of digitalization of the insurance market and developed proposals for their solution. Also, the advanced experience of foreign countries in regulating digital insurance services was studied and the possibilities of their application in the conditions of Uzbekistan were considered. Based on the results of the study, practical proposals and recommendations were developed to improve the mechanisms of legal regulation in the context of the digitalization of insurance activities in Uzbekistan.
