HISTORY OF TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT OF LAND CADASTRE IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the historical formation of the land cadastral system in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the stages of regional development. During the research, four main periods of land cadastre were distinguished, and the specific socio-political, legal and technological aspects of each stage were studied. In particular, the policy of collectivization in the Soviet era, the last reforms after independence and the digitization trends of recent years were evaluated separately. The causes of regional differences, the introduction of modern technologies and the comparison with international experiences have revealed the existing problems. As a result of the research, scientific and practical recommendations on improving the land cadastre were developed.
