WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION AS ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES FOR THE POSITION OF JUDGE

Аннотация
This article examines the concept of seniority in the legal profession required by a person who is elected and appointed to a judicial position in our country, its importance and position when appointed to a judicial position, as well as scientific and theoretical aspects. At the same time, the list of professions and positions for which the author considers the need to work in a legal profession, at least for how long to be elected to a judicial position, when the first minute of work in a legal profession begins to become a judge, is analyzed in detail based on experience from foreign countries.
