SPECIFIC FEATURES OF PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OVER THE ENFORCEMENT OF LAWS IN INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

This article examines the specific features of prosecutorial supervision over the enforcement of laws in the internal affairs bodies. It also analyzes, based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, prosecutorial oversight of the implementation of laws, the prevention of offenses and the ensuring of public security, as well as the formation and development of legal mechanisms of prosecutorial supervision within internal affairs bodies. The article further presents views and opinions on how the activities of internal affairs bodies in ensuring the enforcement of laws directly contribute to preventing offenses, identifying their causes, and eliminating them, thereby achieving positive results.
