SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF EMPLOYEE SECONDMENT IN LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract
Currently, the labor relations system in the Republic of Uzbekistan is undergoing profound systemic changes, transitioning from rigid bilateral models toward more flexible tripartite mechanisms. A key legal instrument in this transformation is the secondment of employees, which allows for the temporary assignment of a worker to a third-party employer while maintaining the original employment contract. Through its updated Labor Code of October 28, 2022, the Republic of Uzbekistan has positioned itself as a progressive leader in this field, establishing secondment as a sophisticated mechanism for corporate flexibility and economic development. This analysis provides a comparative study of secondment regulation in Uzbekistan, contrasting it with the legislative frameworks of Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Russia.
