LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRINCIPLES OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURT PROCEEDINGS

This article analyzes the principles of administrative court proceedings based on the current legislation and from a scientific-theoretical perspective. The analysis extensively utilizes materials from judicial practice, which demonstrate how theoretical concepts are implemented in practice. The article thoroughly examines the main principles of court activity, including the administration of fair justice exclusively by the court, equality before the law and the court, judicial independence and adherence solely to the law, active participation of the court, the language used in administrative proceedings, openness and directness of the trial, as well as the resolution of administrative cases based on legislation and the binding nature of court decisions. Legal norms and their lawful interpretation, as reflected in scholarly works and judicial practice, are illustrated with examples. The article enables legal scholars and the scientific community engaged in judicial practice to gain a profound understanding of the theoretical foundations, principles, and practical significance of administrative court proceedings. Accordingly, the article combines theoretical analysis with judicial practice and provides conclusions on improving administrative court operations and effectively applying its principles.
