Abstract
Research on improving the investigation of crimes related to the illegal use of computer information has studied and analyzed the identification of electronic evidence, its proper procedural formalization, its characteristics, as well as the safe storage of evidence, the appointment of examinations, the organization and conduct of the investigation, the systematization of investigation and judicial practice, the effective use of artificial intelligence, and the widespread introduction of innovative technologies in the field of crime detection, prevention, and investigation.
