MODERN MODELS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS OF LEGAL EDUCATION AND PRACTICE COOPERATION IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
This article provides a scientific analysis of theoretical models for the development of cooperation between legal education and practice in Uzbekistan. The study highlights the history, characteristics, and role in the legal education system of such models as the cluster approach, the "Triple Helix" model, clinical-practical model, and dual education. The advantages of each model in improving the quality of legal personnel training, mechanisms of integration with practice, and socio-economic significance are revealed. The article also presents scientific conclusions on the prospects for applying these models in the context of the education system of Uzbekistan and ways to increase their effectiveness.
