CRIMES IN THE FIELD OF LABOR RELATIONS: CONCEPT, CLASSIFICATION, AND DEVELOPMENT OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY NORMS

This scientific-legal study provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept of crimes in the field of labor relations, their criminal-legal classification, as well as the history and developmental stages of legislative norms defining liability in this field. The work substantiates the constitutional significance of labor law, its role in the system of socio-economic rights, and the necessity of its criminal-legal protection. Also, crimes in the field of labor relations are classified according to the object, subject, structure of the crime and the legal status of the victim. Through the analysis of scientific views, similarities and differences between national and foreign doctrines are revealed. As a result of the study, an author's definition of the legal nature of crimes in the field of labor relations was proposed, and their role in the system of criminal law protection was substantiated.
