Abstract

The article analyzes the philosophical views of Abu Hamid al-Ghazzali and rational knowledge of the world, as well as views on reason in the teachings of the Ismaili-Batynites. In particular, the views of Western scientists, the understanding of the world by Ismaili philosophers and the views of Ghazzali about Sufi knowledge, as well as the role of reason in rational knowledge and its importance at the present time are revealed.
