Abstract

The article examines the emergence of the first Islamic state in the Arabian Peninsula, the period of the Rashidian caliphate and the formation of the ruling system of the Arab Caliphate on the basis of primary sources and scientific literature. The issues of the formation of the Devan system in the caliphate, the introduction of positions in it, as well as some issues related to socio-economic life were discussed in too.
