Аннотация

The article describes the concept of the goal and objectives of the self-development / self-improvement system of leading personnel. The need to develop standards and models of self-development competencies has been scientifically substantiated. Studied foreign experience in this area, as well as proposals and recommendations for the creation of special e-courses for the self-development of management personnel.
