Abstract

This article is devoted to highlighting the functionality of the regional information system, designed to automate the activities of citizens’ self-government bodies. The article describes in detail the roles created in the development of information systems, their functionality and the tasks they perform. The article also discusses in detail the role of an employee of the region, his capabilities and the procedure for working with appeals.
