Abstract

The article talks about major changes that have taken place in Uzbekistan in recent years in the field of religion. In particular, freedom of conscience and legal foundations of religious education, opportunities created for citizens in the field of religious education are described in detail. In addition, the article is a response to the unfounded opinion of individuals regarding religious education spread on the Internet and social networks, based on the normative legal acts.
