LEGAL DISCOURSE AS AN OBJECT OF LINGUISTIC RESEARCH

Аннотация
This very article is devoted to the clarification and analysis of the concepts of “discourse” and “discursive analysis” and, initially, discusses the viewpoints of a number of linguists. It is evident that even though there are many views on the lexeme of ‘discourse’, it still remains as an abstract concept that has not been fully elucidated. Also, the further development of the legal realm, the contribution to the spread of jurisprudence in our country shows the actuality of this issue. The fields of language and law are inextricably linked, as it is necessary to connect linguistics with jurisprudence in the development of legal knowledge, analyze laws and norms, transmit them from generation to generation, and raise the legal awareness of the people. Therefore, the discursive analysis of this sphere is one of the main targets of our research.
