Abstract

The article discusses the features of the state form, depending on the historical development related to Islamic law and national mentality, which develop humane legal relations between the state and religion. The article also analyzes the coordination of relations between state bodies and religious organizations, as well as the mechanism for implementing legislation on freedom of conscience and religious organizations.
