The introductory part of this article analyzes the specifics of the managerial career of women in Uzbekistan. The main factors that contribute to women to successfully realize themselves in managerial activities are considered, attention is focused on the features and specifics that characterize them. The final part of the article examines the creation of equal opportunities and conditions for women and men in the field of production, industry, small and medium-sized businesses, private entrepreneurship, and the fact that all social conditions have been created for women for growth, advanced training, and career.
