With the development of international relations in recent years, the interest of linguists in the study of linguistic and linguocultural concepts of the culture of other countries has increased. This article is devoted to the linguocultural study of culinaronyms in linguistics. Texts combining the ancient traditions and views of the people have a particular importance for linguocultural analysis: riddles, fairy tales, epics, proverbs, folklore works and even culinary recipes, as national cuisine is the most important element of any nation’s culture. Today, national cuisine is considered not only as an original symbol of culture but also as a social and even ethnic cultural symbol that has been formed throughout the history of the nation.
