Abstract

This article examines the emergence of a popular movement in North Africa and the Middle East known as the Arab Spring. It also examines the impact of the political crisis of the “Arab Spring” in North Africa and the Middle East, including Syria, on the socio-economic and international relations of a number of countries in the region, in particular on the socio-political and economic processes in Turkey.
