Abstract

Abstract: Mahmud b. Zayd al-Lâmishi, lived in Samarkand at the end of the 5th century and at the beginning of the 6th century (AH), a member of Hanafi-Mâturidi tradition was a theologian and jurist. The scholar’s work on theology “Tamhid” is famous. This article reflects the views of the Hanafi-Moturidiyya sect on the sinful ruling of the Muslims.
