The Formation and Development of Diplomatic Relations in the Early Islamic Period

Abstract
Abstract: The article discusses the formation and development of diplomatic relations in the early Islamic period, in particular, ambassadorial relations. In particular, the sending of Muslim ambassadors to foreign countries during the period of Islamic development in Madinah, the reception of ambassadors from foreign countries in Madinah, and the requirements for the rank of ambassador in Islamic law. The article also discusses important issues in Islamic law, such as diplomatic inviolability and the inviolability of ambassadors’ property in times of war and peace.
