Abstract

The article examines the role of cognitive linguistics in the pursuit of knowledge of the world and its formation and development. The development of cognitive linguistics has made a number of terms more active in recent years in working with language units. In particular, the linguistic landscape of the world, the concept, the frame, the cognitive scenario. The term concept, which is actively used in cognitive linguistics, and the views of scholars on it are also analyzed in detail and appropriate conclusions are drawn.
