ТЎХЛИЕВ, Нурислом
Abstract
The article discusses the essence of the Islamic financial system, its differences from the traditional banking and financial system, its resilience to crises, the conditions for implementing this model in our country, the legislative framework, and the associated challenges. It also emphasizes that traditional and Islamic banking and financial models are not opposing systems, but rather alternative systems, and that it is advisable for them to operate in a context of healthy competition. The article states that the Islamic banking system, by prohibiting gharar, prevents unpleasant situations such as uncertainty, ambiguity, and deceit in client relationships.
