The article talks about the work "At-Tawzih fi halli ghawamiz al-Tanqih" by Ubaidullah ibn Mas'ud Sadr al-Shari'a. The work is written in Arabic and, according to the meaning of the statement, reveals the roots of the science of logic. Commentary has become famous as one of the exemplary, unique and useful works in the field of science due to the sharp mind of the author. In this work, the author's defenses of the Hanafi sect are shown, and this feature attracted the attention of scholars of other sects. Among them is Taftazani, who wrote a commentary on "Tawzih" under the name "Talvih" and Ibn Kamolpasha, who wrote a commentary on "Tanqihul Usul" and "Taghyrut tanqih". Sadr al-Shari'a gives wide space to different views in Tawzih and proves that the sectarian arguments in the translation are strong and considerate. At the same time, he paid attention to the different views within the sect and interpreted them.
