ISSUES OF ADOPTING A CHILD INTO A FAMILY IN ISLAM

Abstract

In this article, the child’s right to a family environment, the problems of accepting a child into a family are studied on the basis of national and Islamic legal sources. The child’s right to receive maintenance is explained on the basis of Sharia law. The article also discusses such issues as the persons responsible for raising the child, with whom the child will remain in the event of a divorce between the father and mother.
