STRUCTURAL AND SYNTACTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF ADJECTIVES IN THE ARABIC LANGUAGE
NASIROVA, Малика, ERIMMATOVA, Зуҳра
Abstract
This article is about the accusative quality, one of the functional forms of the verb, and analyzes of its formation and syntactic features are presented. Within this topic, the views of several linguistic scholars are presented, including the views of Allama Mahmud Zamakhshari from “al-Mufassal fi san’ati-l-e’rab”, which is valued as a classic source in the grammar of the Arabic language. At the same time, there are examples from authoritative sources about whether the accusative adjective, which is a noun formed from a verb, can or cannot fully fulfill the syntactic function of the verb. The controversial discussion of “surma” among grammarians was briefly covered.
