Abstract

Moral norms are an integral part of a particular religion and are important for those who profess this religion. This article reflects scientific views on the problem of morality in the Christian religion from the point of view of its Orthodox orientation. The study analyzes the basis of the issue of morality in Christianity and formulates its basic principles. An attempt is made to reveal the historical and contemporary significance of the study of Christian ethics.
