Аннотация

This article describes the writings on jurisprudence dedicated to Ubaidulla Khan, the famous sultan of the Shaibani dynasty, who ruled in 1533-1540. Information about the authors, manuscripts and the significance of these works in their time is given. Along with the fact that he was a ruler, Ubaydullah Khan was an expert in Islamic sciences, a mystic, a poet of Sufi poetry, a scientist who completed several works, in particular, he wrote legal works himself, and the article deals with legal works dedicated to him. With the help of new scientific data presented in the article, the scientific level of Ubaydullah Khan, the religious and Islamic worldview, attention to scientists, and the attitude of scientists towards him are investigated.
