Аннотация

This article is devoted to the scientific analysis of jurisprudential views of Abu Bakr al-Qaffal al-Shashi on human rights in the work “Mahasin”. In the article, it is revealed that the main goal of Sharia, according to the scholar, is divine ideas and spiritual concepts such as justice, human dignity, free will, tolerance, purity, and social cooperation.
