Abstract

This article provides information about the history of the emergence of the science of kalam, its lexical and terminological meanings, and the stages of its development. The views of scientists on the study of the science of kalam are also analyzed. The significance of the science of kalam is revealed in the struggle and refutation of erroneous sects and groupings. The opinions of modern scientists on this issue are expressed too.
