The process of knowing, understanding, comprehending the world is carried out with the help of sensory organs. Speech acts are the leading unit of verbal communication that takes place on the basis of an understanding of the universe and its elements. In the process of communication, speakers use both linguistic and non-linguistic units, and the information expressed through them is expressed explicitly and implicitly based on the communicative purpose of the speaker. In this paper, the fact that speech acts are units of the semantic level is scientifically based on the analysis of examples from the literature.
