Abstract
In this article, as a result of changes in the economic, socio-political, spiritual sphere, a "new" outdated layer, neologism and, moreover, dictionary units that have been restored and acquired a new connotation, linguistic value, terms that have updated their research have appeared, setting new tasks for our linguistics, including its lexicology, lexicology, new lexical units, free and prosperous, provisions, wishes, tasks related to solving these issues, as well as problems of reflecting the meaning of the expression of Will and desire, the spiritual and educational situation in the new century and the study of the vocabulary of the language.
