Abstract

Today, extensive efforts are underway to educate and train young individuals to meet international standards for personnel. As we examine the experiences of higher education institutions within the global community, we can observe a commitment to implementing the competence-based approach in personnel training. This commitment is evident at events such as the World Education Forum and the convention on the recognition of qualifications related to higher education in the European region. This article undertakes an analysis of the role of the competence-based approach in preparing personnel who meet contemporary requirements.
