TEACHING CRITICAL THINKING THROUGH A COMMUNICATIVE METHOD

Аннотация
This article is devoted to the communicative method of teaching, which contributes to the development of critical thinking among students of language institutes. Communicative competence is the ability of a native speaker to communicate adequately from the point of view of culture, understanding traditions, generally accepted rules and norms, and the ability to perceive the social context. It consists of four aspects: linguistic, sociolinguistic, pragmatic/discursive and strategic, which in the framework of our research influenced motivation and the formation of critical thinking.
