Abstract
The article highlights memories of the first meeting with the prominent political and statesman, Islamic and Sufi scholar Abdulhakim Shar'iy Jauzjani in Afghanistan in 1972. The text provides brief information about the scholar's career in publishing houses under the Ministry of Culture and Information after graduating from the Faculty of Sharia at Kabul University, particularly his work as the head of the Folklore Department.
