Аннотация
Focusing on the post-Cold War policy scenario, S. Huntington tried to justify how political and economic ideology gave way to religious and cultural ideology. According to S. Huntington’s philosophical views: “We realize who we are when we realize who we are not and who we are against.” Today, countries can be ideologically divided. However, cultural unification can be explained by the example of the fall of the Berlin Wall and the unification of the two Germanys. According to Huntington's view, in the post-Cold War period, power will be divided between seven civilizations (probably eight with Africa); Arabic, Islamic, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Latin American, Orthodox - Russian civilizations. According to this typology, major religions historically form the basis of civilizations. Although the boundaries between civilizations are not clear, they are durable and viable in a dynamic relationship. These inter-civilizational relations will serve as the distribution and management of world power for the next decade and beyond.
