Abstract

This article describes the definition of mudaraba and the tasks of the parties involved in it. In the main part, the information on the mudaraba in the work «Mabsut» by Shamsu-l-aimma Halvani, a jurist from Bukhara, is researched. Its characteristics, terms, application procedure, issues, rules and situations about how to act in situations that arise during the implementation of the mudaraba have been analyzed from today’s point of view and concluded.
