DEVELOPMENT OF ORAL SPEECH TECHNIQUES OF STUDENTS OF PHILOLOGICAL HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ON THE BASIS OF A COMPETENCY APPROACH

It is known that improving speaking skills through a competency-based approach is considered as the most crucial part of teaching. A competency-based approach for enhancing speaking skills focuses on developing specific abilities and proficiencies through structured learning and assessment methods. A competency-based approach in education focuses on the mastery of specific skills and abilities rather than solely on the acquisition of knowledge. Improving speaking skills through a competency-based approach is indeed widely recognized as essential in teaching. This method focuses on practical application and mastery of specific skills rather than just theoretical knowledge. The main purpose of this paper is demonstrating development of oral speech techniques of students of philological higher educational institutions on the basis of a competency approach. In order to enhance student’s acquisition different ways of competent based approach are used and they are given below with some diagrams. For this methods Personalized Learning Plans can be acute example that means that develop personalized learning plans for students based on their individual strengths, needs, and pace of learning. These plans may involve differentiated instruction, adaptive learning technologies, and flexible pathways to mastery. A few numbers of teachers and 1st year students are joined in some researches as volunteers. Not only teachers but also students appreciate non-traditional lessons via competent based approach.
