Annotaciya
The aim of this study is to analyze the psychological and social aspects of the lives of immigrants as depicted in Uzbek literature. The research is based on content and narrative analysis of literary works written from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. The main themes found in the literature include homesickness, cultural shock, adaptation, difficulties in social interaction, and economic and social issues. Immigrants' psychological experiences - such as alienation, depression, anxiety, and nostalgia—are often exacerbated by cultural differences and challenges in adapting to a new society. The social aspects of immigrant life are portrayed through the lens of conflict and misunderstanding, emphasizing the importance of support from the local community and social networks. Uzbek writers use a variety of literary techniques, including metaphors, symbolism, and realism, to convey the complex emotional and social states of their characters. This study highlights the importance of Uzbek literature in understanding the issues and hardships faced by immigrants and may contribute to the development of more effective support and integration programs.
