this article discusses the specific stylistic characteristics of onomastic units in speech situations related to various discourses, the extralinguistic factors of the expression of connotative and expressive meanings in them. It is analyzed that the concept of poetonymy is not limited to the scope of artistic works, but that it is a language phenomenon specific to different speech styles, that onomastic names with stylistic coloring have different emotions in different discourses, and the purpose of their use depends on the context, the type and purpose of the discourse.
